Making Compost
Composting is simple, really. You pile up plant material until it rots down - but as usual there is much more to it than that!

Growing Asparagus
Asparagus will grow in a light soil, and this is the favourite medium for growing because the spears do not get all muddy when harvesting. However, it will grow in heavier soils too.

Actually not potatoes, they are Impoema - more related to wallflowers. These plants are very rich in Vitamin C and well worth growing, being fantastic in a roast!
